Apollo Patios Announces New CEO to Propel Company’s Growth and Innovation
Apollo Patios, a leader in patio and home improvements, announced this week the appointment of Dan Mulhern as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Mr Mulhern, previously the General Manager of Apollo’s Queensland division takes over from Executive Chairman Tim Woodhouse, who served as interim CEO since March.
“Dan’s exceptional leadership and strategic thinking have been pivotal in Apollo’s recent market repositioning,” said Mr Woodhouse. “His vision aligns perfectly with Apollo’s goals for the coming years, and we are confident in his ability to lead us towards continued success.”
Dan Mulhern brings over 20 years of experience in the building products industry, with a proven track record in sales and operational excellence. Since joining Apollo, he has played a crucial role in the company’s transformation and growth always working in close collaboration with the team.
Reflecting on his appointment, Mr. Mulhern expressed enthusiasm for the future.
“I am honoured to lead Apollo Patios, especially at a time when we are poised for innovative growth while maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction,” he said.

Under new ownership since March 2022, Apollo has experienced significant transformation, including a complete rebrand. These changes, guided by a commitment to retain the company’s family-oriented essence, have positioned Apollo for a dynamic future.
“I like to say that Apollo is a brand new business with 30 years’ experience. We’ve reshaped what already existed into something that’s pretty special.
“It was a really good business, and now it’s an awesome one.”
Looking ahead, Mr. Mulhern emphasised a continued focus on customer satisfaction and internal growth.
“Yes, we have growth aspirations, but we’re also committed to continuing to invest in what we’ve got and to continue to make the experience for our existing customers, partners and team even better. We’re excited to build on our strong foundation and enter a new era of excellence in service and innovation.”
