“May we take this oppurtunity to thank your company and all the people involved in the building of it. We initially found your site on the internet and the way your company was presented gave us a feeling of a well established, expert and secure company.
It was a lucky day when we met Dean your sales respresentative. Dean was wonderful from our introduction until he handed it over to the next step in the procedure. He held himself so well and with such a professional manner that we could not help but feel comfortable and safe with his comments. He did not push us unnecessarily, but made suggestions where applicable and was only ever interested in our contentment. He answered many questions, came to visit us whenever we required it, nothing ruffled Dean and nothing was a problem.
During this whole process Dean felt like one of our friends. we felt comfortable with him and had total faith in his judgement and suggestions.
Greg was the next gent who came to do the final measure and what a pleasant person he was too. although he was not on site for long the amount of time he was also gave us a feeling of ease. He is a particularly pleasant person.
Glen was the builder assigned to our project and what a very efficient worker he is. He did a fantastic job; he worked hard and was very meticulous in everything he did. We would reccomend him to anyone and are more than satisfied with his work. Glen also made some very comforting comments about Apollo and it was not \"his job\" to do so; because Glen is an honest young man we knew he meant what he was saying.
Darren the electrician once again was a very efficient and pleasant person. It just seemed that Darren went that extra mile in his work code. everything was done to our satisfaction.
These two young men are excellent workers and a credit to your company. They are profficient in what they do and in our view extremely skilled tradesmen.

My wife and I recently got a patio roof built by Dream Patios & Pergolas John & Michael from Dream patios & Pergolas were very efficient and friendly.
We are extremely happy with builders and the roof.

I have to say that the service we have received to date from the both of them has been outstanding, we initially got a quote with another company who have not been so helpful and lead us to believe that the design we wanted for our roofing was going to be great.
After dealing we John and Michael we found out that after awhile it was possible for roof leakage due to the way the water would have flown.
We never would have known this information if it wasn’t for the two of them.

We have and will continue to recommend this company and Dream Patios & pergolas to anyone we know looking to do something similar to what we have.
